The Closing and Beyond:
The final act of the home buying
process is the closing,
 where
the seller formally transfers
title to the property to you the
buyer. The attorneys will
schedule the closing once your
financing is in place and the
title report is completed. It
will probably take place in one
of the attorney’s offices, and I
will be there with you along
with your attorney, the seller,
the seller’s attorney, and a
closing agent from the title
company. At the closing, your
attorney will advise and guide
you through the process.

So now that you’ve successfully
purchased a home, my work is not
done. At Rand Realty, we’ve
adopted the philosophy of “Your
Real Estate Agent for Life,”
meaning that I will take
responsibility to provide you
with services you need even
after you close on the property.
So even after you close, I will
remain in touch with you if you
have any questions about real
estate; your home is the most
important financial investment
you make, so I try to treat it
like that. I will be sending you
periodic updates about what is
happening with the real estate
market, and if you ever have
questions about what your home
might be worth in prevailing
market conditions, you should
never hesitate to contact me. I
