cause or causes as best as I can before you decide whether to put
your home back on the market. Could any of these have been the
case?
Price: If your home
isn't priced competitively, then it won't sell.
Condition: There are
a lot of homes on the market. Buyers are particular
and want homes in great condition.
Marketing:
If buyers aren't aware that your home is for sale,
they can't buy it!
