This Seller Orientation Guide is our starting point for the delivery of services to you throughout the process. The Guide covers the first stage of the selling process, your initial consultation with me your agent "REALTOR", and will provide you with the information you need to get your home on the market. I will be providing you with additional Orientation Guides as we get further along in the process, but if you would like them all at any point just ask and I will send them to you. I hope you get the chance to read through the Orientation Guide before our appointment. If you do not, don’t worry, your I will cover everything in our meeting.
In preparing for our initial appointment, we also suggest that you make sure that all decision-makers are present for the meeting, that you have an extra set of keys to your home, and that you prepare a list of questions you might have about me our company or the process of selling your home.
