Maximum exposure is key to successful selling a house!
If your property recently expired, you might be interested in reviewing this Expired Listing Diagnostic. The Diagnostic reviews some fundamental requirements for marketing, preparing, and pricing a home in today’s market. Just answer “yes” or “no” to each of the 25 questions. If more than half the answers are “no,” that indicates a problem in the prior marketing of the home.  Help Me Sell My Home!
